These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of the Support4Paws website and any purchases made through it. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

We aim to provide accurate product information, images and descriptions. However, product packaging, features and supplier specifications may change from time to time. Images are indicative and may vary slightly.
Support4Paws provides general product guidance only. We do not provide veterinary, medical or professional advice.
3) Pricing and availability
All prices are shown in AUD unless stated otherwise. Prices and product availability can change without notice. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we’ll contact you to discuss options (replacement, store credit or refund).
4) Orders and payments
When you place an order, you agree that:
- the details you provide are accurate, including delivery address
- you authorise payment for the order total shown at checkout
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where required (including suspected fraud or errors in pricing/availability).
5) Shipping and delivery
We ship Australia-wide. Some items may ship from different suppliers and arrive in separate parcels. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or supplier dispatch times.
Shipping fees (if applicable) are shown at checkout.
6) Returns, refunds and exchanges
Return eligibility may vary by product and supplier policy. Change-of-mind returns may not be available for all items. Where change-of-mind returns are accepted, items must be unused, clean and in original packaging, and the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
For faulty, damaged or incorrect items, contact us within a reasonable timeframe (we recommend within 7 days of delivery) with your order number and photos, and we’ll work with the supplier to resolve the issue (replacement, store credit or refund where appropriate).
Some items may not be returnable for hygiene and safety reasons if opened or used.
7) Consumer guarantees (Australia)
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded. Where a product has a major failure, you may be entitled to a replacement or refund. Where a product has a minor failure, we may choose to repair, replace or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

You agree not to misuse the website, including attempting to interfere with site security, scraping content, or using the site for unlawful purposes.
9) Intellectual property
All content on this website (including text, branding, graphics and layout) is owned by or licensed to Support4Paws. You may not reproduce or use it without our written permission.
10) Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Support4Paws is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products. You are responsible for ensuring products are suitable for your dog’s needs and for using products safely and as directed.
